Master Planner 4

Ross Software closed for business at the end of 2010, because of the retirement of the proprietor, Pauline Ross. This means that Master Planner 4 is no longer for sale.

The good news is that it will continue to be available, but as freeware. You can now download a completely FREE version of the program which no longer needs a registration key.

For registered users who have paid for the program, there will no longer be any further modifications to the program to fix bugs or add enhancements, but we will still offer help and advice if we can.

Master Planner 4 is an easy-to-understand graphical version of a wall planner, which uses icons to show when your staff are on holiday, busy with project work, attending conferences or out of the office. View all staff or just selected departments. Track and set limits for icons, to monitor holiday or training time, or as a simple project manager. Print reports and view statistics of icon usage. You can also use Master Planner 4 to schedule activities and bookings for other resources - rooms, restaurant tables, projectors, cars, etc.

You can download a FREE fully featured and unlimited version of Master Planner 4. Save the downloaded setup program to your hard drive, and run it to install. Detailed help files and three sample files are included, or you can download the Getting Started Guide.
